INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Individual psychotherapy

To achieve meaningful and
long-lasting change, clients often seek the answers to three questions:

1. What am I really
doing?

2. Why am I really
doing it?

3. How can I change what I am doing?

To understand yourself and your actions, one needs to answer questions 1 and 2 before you can answer question 3!

In my practice, we will explore these three questions together, helping you to achieve new insights and understanding, often leading to meaningful changes in old patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are slowly transformed.

I tend to follow an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, usually a combination of cognitive-behavioural, narrative, psychoanalytical, and trauma based therapies.

I work with clients dealing with a wide range of issues, ranging from anxiety, depression, anger issues, sexual compulsivity, interpersonal conflict, as well as the effects of trauma, abuse and neglect, to name just a few.

Feel free to contact me for further information.
